These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “Customer”) and Irina Vidineeva, a sole trader based in Portugal (NIF 319 186 610, contact: vidineeva.photo@gmail.com), regarding purchases made on the website https://irinavidineeva.com (the “Website”).

We sell physical fine art photography prints and other printed artwork via our website. Each product is described in detail on the product page, including materials, sizes, and editions where applicable.All images are copyrighted and cannot be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.
3. Prices and Payment
- All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include applicable VAT (where required).
- Payment is processed securely through third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal).
- You will receive a confirmation email upon successful payment and order placement.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery costs and estimated timeframes are provided during checkout.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping time depends on the destination.
- You are responsible for providing correct shipping information.
- Customs duties and import taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom and artistic nature of our prints, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds unless:- The item arrives damaged, or
- The item is lost in transit and not delivered within 45 days (with verified tracking)
If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage and your order number. We will either replace the print or offer a refund.

All artworks and images on the Website are the exclusive property of Irina Vidineeva and are protected by international copyright laws. Purchasing a print does not grant you any reproduction or commercial rights.
7. Privacy Policy
By using this Website and placing an order, you agree to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and the European Union. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
